Summer means many different things to different people. For teachers and students, it means time away from school. For church-goers, it means vacation bible school. And for gadget-lovers, it means the arrival of the new iPhone 5. Long have we awaited Apple to come along and upgrade the features we really wanted for the iPhone when it first came out. Now, it seems they have.
With the inception of the iPhone 4 comes the introduction of the highly touted bullet proof glass technology. Many people rave about the durability of this phone after having dropped it numerous times. This makes iPhone 5 cases less necessary to cover the face of the phone. However, the screen protectors could be of use when it concerns the highly smudging screens.
The aluminosilicate glass of the screen is over "20 times stiffer and 30 times harder than plastic," as declared by Apple design executives. This gives the screen a better scratch resistance and the phone is much more durable than previous versions of the iPhone as well as other mobile phones period.
Screen protectors however can be used to limit the amount of "face hang ups" that might occur accidentally while you are on the phone with someone and your face touches the screen. This slight reduction in the sensitivity of the screen with the screen protector could be all that is needed to stop the annoying accidental hang ups.
iPhone 5 Cases and Radiation Protection
All phones emit radiation. The iPhone is not any different and unfortunately as the advances increase so does the amount of radiation these phones emit. A great many people want to avoid getting sick from the cell phone radiation, but unfortunately iPhone 5 cases will not be able to prevent the transfer of radiation from the phone into the user.
The radiation levels are not specific to just using the iPhone although with all of the advances of the iPhone 5, there is likely to be a higher radiation signature. The only way to limit the amount of radiation projecting into you is to limit the time you spend using the phone. This applies to any phone not only the iPhone.
The most anyone can really do when attempting to limit their radiation exposure is to keep the phone away from their body. The iPhone 5 cases are not likely to do anything additional to prevent radiation related issues. Experts suggest using hands free devices or the speaker option to allow for distance between the user and the phone.
